1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Plush Rush website and services operated by Interlink Digital Group Limited ("the Company"), registered in England and Wales under company number 05431902, with a registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity before releasing any prize.

3. Prize Competitions

Our competitions are prize competitions as defined by the Gambling Act 2005. Entry requires the successful completion of a skill question. A free entry route is available for all competitions via post. Free entries are treated identically to paid entries and have the same probability of winning.

4. Entry and Payment

Entry prices are displayed on each competition page. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. Once payment is confirmed and entries allocated, tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred. All prices include VAT where applicable.

5. Draws

Draws are conducted using a provably fair cryptographic system. A seed hash is published before each competition opens. The seed is revealed after the draw, allowing independent verification of the result. Draw results are final and binding.

6. Prizes

Prizes are as described on the competition page. Where a prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize delivery is arranged within 28 days of the draw unless otherwise stated. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless the prize is a cash prize.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of prize competitions, refunds are generally not available once entries have been allocated. If a competition is cancelled before the draw, all paid entries will be refunded in full.

8. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must not share your account or allow others to use it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
